Russian Pairs dominance is restored! Finally, Mother Russia has a team that is competitive with the best in the world and capable of competing with the best in the world. Next in need of a miracle, the American ladies.
They own in Russian now. They have taken over K/S which I knew would happened since they've always wanted to replace them. However worlds is different and I don't know if they have the power back yet to take over.
Worlds will all be able about who skates well... V/T are the better team though. They've been together about 8 months, no? The Romeo and Juliet is a good start.
Volosozhar two foots stuff a lot. And as a whole, this team still needs work on connection and expression. Other than that, I think they are neck in neck with the Germans.
They skate beautifully, but I'm not sure Romeo and Juliet is the right fit for them. On the other hand, I loved Carmina Burana. Their SP downplays that they don't have the pairs rapport (yet)that comes with years of skating together, but exhibits their tricks and skating skills.
Yeah this program was just okay but technically they were awesome. Man I wish Tamara was their coach. The connection isn't totally there yet for me but I'm sure it will come soon enough.
They're flirting with consummation on ice: was mesmerized by their unusual serpentine choreography, up until that crossing shit, which dampened the spirit of passion in their fireplace program, that is embedded in Rome and Juliet; his combat boots-look emphasizes his towering physique, which complements her flexibility {she should dye her hair, and prolly will, to SCARLET, knowing Russian Pairs, who can actually entertwine their bodies like snakes, unlike American Tin}. Creative lifts and spins will make for an interesting showdown with China.
Puh-leeze, the dominance will return when the Russians own the judges again. Nothing more or less.
