  1. I don't love the new program-- yet. I want to, but I'm not quite there.
    p.s. is Alicia sporting extensions?

  2. Has Sacramone ever sticked a vault?

  3. Hooray for Alicia. It probably doesn't make up for the vault medal she was ROBBED of at the Olympics, but it should come close. Keep up the good work girl, you're everyone's favorite American gymnast now! (though that could be because she is the only one with a personality rather than her actual results)

  4. Yeah, as I mentioned on the _skating watchpost, I like the new program, but I don't LOVE it... and I want to.

I guess I prefer tangos with a bit more drama and fire, like Pasha and Evgeny's Libertango. Marlie do drama and fire really well, so I'm a little puzzled why they went so understated. It was only the debut, though, so I'm sure it will grow on me more as the season progresses.

  5. ASac! ASac! ASac!

P.S. Anyone know why Mustafina opted to do a layout Pod rather than the Khorkintosh for her 2nd vault?

  6. Yes Sacramone has stuck her vaults, IIRC, mainly in 2007.

  7. Woohoo!!! Go ASac! Hopefully she upgrades her second vault for next year :)

  8. Now that I've seen the video, I know that Mustafina did do the Khorkintosh and got downgraded for piking, and also not to trust gymnastike live updates.
