Zam's vault is more dynamic, but if someone was going to get a 10, I thought it should have been Stack-Eaton. Zam was leaning to hold the stick, but both vaults were superb.
Zam was really the class of the field tonight with Stack-Eaton, Peszek, and Alaina Johnson close behind IMO.
Zam was overscored on bars, vault and floor. I did not watch her beam. I can only guess how that was scored. It is amazing someone can go 9.9 with no double salto and visible leg and foot form issues on every single twisting pass.
Thanks so much for posting these! I was able to watch it yesterday but I can't watch event finals today :( If you could post those routines too that would be amazing. Go Bruins! Thanks!

ReplyDeleteNCAA scoring is beyond bizarre. I've stopped trying to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteWhoa Sami is HUGE... At least she looks happy though!
