The Secret Lives of Dancers

The Secret Lives of Dancers S02E01 from flowerbomb on Vimeo.

Our show is back!!!  Hope everyone is well.  I've had quite the busy few months, but hope to be writing more often if time permits.  I am an all or nothing type person, so it is difficult to find a balance with blogging given my current schedule.  The hiatus hasn't intended to be permanent, but things are a bit more hectic than usual.

Rest In Peace, Our Fabulous Diva!

  1. As this is your blog, you obviously are entitled to post and write about whatever you like. But if you *are* looking for any input from devoted fans, I'm disappointed that your first post back is about 'Secret Lives of Dancers' and not about any of the noteworthy gymnastics or skating events that have occured during your absence. I will obviously still continue to check your blog periodically but I am bummed that we haven't been able to hear your unique voice and insight for the better part of the skating and gymnastics seasons this year. It's a pity that I've been finding myself checking this outlet less and less.

  2. Totally agree with "Anonymous." I so miss your skating "reviews," especially with U.S. Nationals and Four Continents having just taken place.

  3. I for one, am extremely grateful for your renewed interest in ballet!
I think that the disciplines of ballet, skating and gymnastics are all interlinked - wasn't John Curry a dancer before he took up skating?
I adore ballet but I also enjoy watching gymnastics and skating - keep up the good work Aunt Joyce!

  6. Glad to have you (and Secret Lives of Dancers) back! If you can find it online you'd love 'Agony and Ecstasy: A year with the English National Ballet' which showed on the BBC last year, more dramatic than SLOD and there's some golden moments.
