  1. Still hands down one of the most beautiful performances I've ever set eyes on. Guh.

  2. "This is everything good about translating a famous ballet to the ice."

Uh. For once, I don't feel like there is any exaggeration for the purpose of sounding excited on television. I mean, I'm even going to have to agree. I hate agreeing with commentary (other than when Dick Button cringes at ugly positions).

  3. One of the greatest pieces of choreography + skating of the last decade. Shen & Zhao = perfection.

  4. I'm logging in from Japan, and this brought tears to my eyes, though for no certain reason. I guess I just needed to see something wonderful like this to soothe my soul after more than two weeks of stress and heartaches.

  5. Watching these two over their long career has been one of my favorite parts of being a skating fan. This one was absolute perfection. Sad to think that his injury must have been a short time after this.

  6. One of my all-time favorite pairs. There's just something so endearing about them (in addition to their magnificent skating).

  7. I was lucky enough to see this performance in person and was one of those people standing up before it was over. True skating royalty. I love this pair so much.

  9. there's a special place in my heart for programs that manage to transcend the IJS; there's been like a dozen of them all this while

  10. Who choreographed this for them?

This program will be remembered forever, like Lu Chen's worlds performance in '96, or Michelle Kwan's '98 nationals performances.
