  2. I agree. It's really nice to see this side of him after a season of pretty angst-y choreography. He's beautiful, but the pained facial expressions were a bit much at times. I remember when I first noticed him, he touched his face like a dozen times in the program, glad that's changed (could cause acne). Brian looks lost when coaching someone who's struggling, and seems still depressed by losing his top skater. Can he help Adam become mentally tougher?

  3. I hope Adam has more exciting programs next year. I thought his two this year, though nice, were kinda boring. They showed off some of his nicer qualities but they kind of got lost in the shuffle (for me). Give him great choreography next year, David!

Here's to a better year for both him and Jeremy next season. They're too good to be watching Tokyo.

  4. i am surprised to see someone thought this "screams Adam Rippon." I thought it was outside his comfort zone and he dosen't really have the ease and carefree flow to carry it off well like Jeremy Abbott does. I think this program really shows off his immaturity as a performer, but is a good strategy to force him out of his shell . Think "I'm Just A Girl" and Yu-na Kim.

I thought so too, but didn't want to irritate the blog's owner with my silly opinion :)

  6. Agree, Jeremy's EX is far better than this one, also agree I think Adam's LP this year was really more 'him', and was pretty great when he was 'on' in the beginning of the year.

Rippon IS as cute as a button in this EX though, I especially enjoyed that butt spin - the ISU should allow that as a variation, Patrick Chan would undoubtably excel at it.
