The Excitement Builds

Ballet. Natalie Portman. Mila Kunis. Winona Ryder A Psychological Thriller. Ahhh, I cant fucking wait! Film Festival reviews are off the charts! This looks to be the greatest feel-good film since Heathers! And aren't we glad it isn't yet another film about a blonde bitch following her dream!

  1. The film does appear to be an homage to films from the 1970s where all lesbians were psycho killers.

  2. You forgot to mention the male eye candy...*winks*
Vince Cassel. He´s an exceptional actor...and french.

  3. Wow! I can see why it's earning a "love it or hate it" reputation. Made me think if those glorious Russian ballet divas seethed with such unhinged passion beneath the veneer of technical brilliance...

  5. Natalie Portman always seems to act better when Jedi are not involved.

Anakin's descent could have been so deliciously, darkly executed, but nooo, they had to cast the inept Christensen. Not to mention the plot holes you could fly the Millenium Falcon through because George Lucas just had to write and direct the prequels instead of handing the reins over like he did in "Empire"...

  7. Everyone I know who saw this at TIFF said it was truly dreadful. I'm not surprised; Portman has always been a MASSIVELY overrated actor.
